On this Tasty Tuesday, Dan Abel, from Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate, shares his family's recipe for chocolate chip cookies.
INGREDIENTS:
2 ¼ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 (4 serving) package INSTANT vanilla pudding
1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter or margarine
2 eggs
12 oz. package Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Co. chocolate chunks or pieces "chiseled" from the solid bar chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix flour and baking soda, set aside. Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, INSTANT vanilla pudding - beat until creamy. Add flour mix gradually. (May seem dry, but keep mixing.) Add chocolate chips/chunks.
BAKE at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until starting to brown.
