Indianapolis, IN (CNN) -- Police say a 14-year-old girl may be responsible for the stabbing death of her 4-year-old cousin.
It happened at their grandparents townhouse in Indianapolis Saturday night.
Shortly after the boy was found dead in the home, the teen was found nearby with blood on her hands and clothes.
Neighbors said the girl was often spotted taking care of the 4-year-old boy.
The teen is being held in the Marion County Juvenile Detention Center.
