WNBC - Police say two Long Island, New York residents are lucky to be alive after a drunk driver plowed through their home in her car.
Sophia Anderson was arrested for drunk driving after her Mercedes crashed through the Huntington home early Monday morning.
The car finally came to a stop after striking a tree in the backyard.
Two elderly sisters were in the house, but were not hurt.
Anderson's bail has been set at $50,000.
