Chicago (WLS/CNN) - One of the drivers in a crash in Chicago that injured more than a dozen people now faces DUI charges.
An SUV and a party bus collided on the Eisenhower Expressway early Tuesday morning. The driver of the SUV was charged with DUI and improper lane change.
Some of the partygoers on the bus described the crash.
"We were just flying all over the bus, flying. We were just tumbling all over the bus," said passenger Andrea Boyd.
All of the people injured are expected to be OK.
The bus driver was cited for carrying too many people. There were more than 40 people on board.
The bus is only supposed to carry 30 people.
