Battle Creek, MI (WWMT) -- A soldier's father is furious over a case of military hazing caught on tape.
In the video, his son is struck in the chest with what appears to be a wooden mallet.
The soldier's father says it happened in April while his son was at Fort Bragg in North Carolina.

Michigan Senator Carl Levin, the chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, responded to an inquiry about this story with concern and said he was asking the Army to urgently review the situation.
This year, the Armed Services Committee adopted an act requiring the secretaries of each branch of service to report any hazing in their services.
