LaSalle County, IL (WLS/CNN) - More than three dozen people were hurt in a school bus accident in Illinois Monday.

It happened in LaSalle County, about 80 miles southwest of Chicago.

You can see the bus tipped over on its side and the fire truck there to help.

Crews were on the scene, attending to the injured. Authorities say some of the injuries are serious, but none are life-threatening.

Most of the injured students were checked out at the hospital and are back with their parents this afternoon.

The accident is under investigation.
