George Zimmerman's lawyers on Monday released a high-resolution color photo of the neighborhood watch activist with a bloody, broken nose the night he shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
The photo was taken by a Sanford, Fla., police officer on Feb. 26. A black-and-white photocopy of the image was released previously.
The photo was posted to the defense team's website, where it has been uploading evidence.
Zimmerman is out on $1 million bail awaiting trial on a charge of second-degree murder.
