(CNN) - Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is on the mend.
A spokeswoman says she's working from home.
Clinton suffered a concussion last week after a fainting spell and fall. Doctors said she had a stomach flu.
Clinton won't testify at upcoming Congressional hearings on Benghazi on her doctor's advice.
Instead she's sending top State Department deputies in her place on Thursday.
