(CNN/KAKE) - Patients with a specific type of late-stage breast cancer may have some hope.
The FDA just approved a new drug called Kadcyla. It's a treatment therapy for women with HER2-positive breast cancer.
Kadcyla is a combination of two drugs, one of which is a powerful chemotherapy drug.
It should be available to patients within two weeks.
