Earthquakes rattle underneath Iceland’s Vatnajokull glacier
Reykjavik, ICELAND: A file photo taken 13 July 2006 shows icebergs drifting at sea away for the Icelandic glacier of Vatnajokull. The glacier, which can reach a thickness of up to 1,000 meters and measures 8,300 square kilometers, has a surface equal to all European glaciers put together.
