St. Louis (KSDK) - A vacant house exploded in the North St. Louis County neighborhood of Dellwood Monday evening.

The explosion happened around 8:45 p.m. in the 1600 block of Keelen Drive.  Neighbors tell NewsChannel 5 that the home is for sale, and the blast blew out the windows, knocking glass into the street.

Investigators believe the cause is a natural gas leak.  A gas line in the basement was found with the cap off.  Vandalism has not been ruled out.

No one was injured in the explosion.

As of Tuesday afternoon, Laclede Gas is handling the investigation.
