St. Louis, MO (KSDK) - Police officially introduced a public video surveillance system in North St. Louis Tuesday morning.
Nine cameras will give police a 360-degree view of what's going on at Natural Bridge and Lee in the 21st Ward.
Police will monitor all locations from a command center and respond when needed. The cameras will record everything for use as evidence.
The bill's sponsor, Alderman Antonio French, hopes to add five more cameras in the future.
