Ferguson, MO (KSDK) - It's been at the corner of New Halls Ferry and Pershall Roads near Ferguson for more than 40 years, and today wrecking crews tore down the old Ackerman Buick dealership.
It opened in 1965 and closed in 2006.
The company sold used cars on site until 2009.
The Ackerman family chose to demolish the dealership because the property was being vandalized.
