Cape Girardeau County, Mo (KSDK) -- The estranged husband of a missing Missouri mom is scheduled to be sentenced Tuesday for threatening his sister-in-law.
Clay Waller pleaded guilty last year to federal charges of making internet threats.
He faces up to 16 months in prison when he's sentenced.
Waller is also the prime suspect in the disappearance of his wife Jacque. She was last seen seven months ago in Jackson, Missouri, while the couple was finalizing its divorce. Waller has not been charged with a crime in that case.
