The folks on Yahoo Finance put together a list of stores where you can score free stuff and it just takes knowing a few secrets.
How about a free lunch? Panda Express will give away a free serving of all of its new menu items. You just need to follow them on Facebook to get a coupon.
You may also want to follow Bath and Body Works on Facebook. When they launch new products, they give samples away. Earlier this month they gave away a free travel sized item, that's about a $5 value.
Target regularly lists free samples on its website, and you don't actually need to step inside the store. Just visit the Target "Sample Spot," click on any samples you'd like to receive, then answer the applicable survey questions and punch in your address for home delivery. Make sure you check the page on a regular basis because the samples sell out fast.
