Shiloh, IL (KSDK)-- A Lebanon, Illinois man is in the St. Clair County Jail after being accused of using a stun gun to sexually assault a Shiloh woman.
Richard H. Lee,48, from the 8000 block of Oak Hill School Road in Lebanon is charged with 2 counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault with a weapon following an attack on Friday.
Shiloh Police say Lee came to the victim's residence on Twin Oaks Drive and used a stun gun before tying the victim up and having sexual intercourse with her without consent.
Lee was arrested at his home a short time later. The St. Clair County State's Attorney office issued the warrants on Friday.
Lee remains in custody of the St. Clair County Jail on $500,000 dollars bond.
