St. Louis (KSDK) -- The Pujols Family Foundation is expanding its mission and going national to help children and adults living with Down Syndrome.
The PFF will include St. Louis, Southern California, Kansas City and Nashville by the end of 2012. The foundation's headquarters will stay in St. Louis.
Albert and Deidre Pujols started the foundation seven years ago in honor of their daughter Bella.
The goal of the foundation is to raise awareness, provide hope, as well as create supportive, memorable experiences for individuals and families living with Down syndrome.
The PFF also announced St. Louis Cardinals World Series Champion Matt Holliday will be this year's host for the Celebrity Golf Classic in St. Louis, which is the annual fundraiser for the foundation.
