University City, MO (KSDK) - Months of hard work will pay off Thursday night in University City.
Students at Brittany Woods Middle School take to the stage in their first performance of "Guys and Dolls."
Brittany Woods is one of 20 schools across the country selected for a special theater program, called "Smash-Make a Musical."
Real-life Broadway professionals teach the young performers the basics, and students take it from there.
Performances are Thursday night, Friday night, and Saturday afternoon. Tickets are still available.
