Augusta, GA (WSB/CNN) - A Georgia woman fighting a flesh-eating bacteria will undergo more surgeries.
University of West Georgia graduate student Aimee Copeland has already lost a leg and tissue from her abdomen to the bug.
Now doctors will also amputate her hands and remaining foot.
A number of blood drives have been organized to help the 24-year-old battle the bacteria.
A bus full of supporters from metro Atlanta traveled to Augusta, Georgia, Friday for another blood drive.
Paul Posner explains why he participated.
"If you give blood for a worthy cause it doesn't hurt a bit. You just feel good about it," said Posner.
Copeland contracted the flesh-eating bacteria after falling off a home-made zip line and cutting her leg on May 1st.
