Arnold, MO (KSDK) - The family of a 15-year old Arnold teen is making funeral plans.

On Sunday, Mitchell Maserang was struck and killed by a freight train in Wentzville. He apparently never heard the train because he was wearing ear buds.

Authorities said Mitchell Maserang had just left the home of his father and stepmother on Wall Street and was on his way to a popular flea market.
