Washington (CNN) -- Two people in DC's Maryland suburbs got a big surprise this morning when a bus crashed into the side of their home.

Nine people on the bus were injured, though police say none of those injuries were life-threatening.

Authorities say the bus was trying to make a right turn when it left the street, hit a taxi parked in the driveway, then drove into the house.

Neither of the people in the Silver Spring home were hurt.

No word yet on what caused the accident.
