St. Louis (KSDK) -- Retailers are bringing back an old school way of shopping to make it easier on your pocketbook--layaway.
Kmart recently waived layaway fees in stores and online through November 17th. Customers usually pay five dollars for an eight-week contract and ten dollars for a 12-week layaway. The move came days after Toys R Us got rid of its layaway fees through October 31 and Walmart slashed its fee to five dollars.
