St. Louis (KSDK) - When you donate to Pedal the Cause you'll be helping to cheer on about 1,400 riders who have been training for months to ride as much as 75 miles next weekend.
Now, if that seems like too much of a challenge, Heidi Glaus has another way you can help.
She spent Friday afternoon at St. Louis Spinning, spinning her wheels.
The people you see in the video above are not only getting a great workout in, they've made a donation.
You can actually spin on race day, Sunday, October 7. You can spin from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. You have the option of an hour and a half ride for $250 or a three hour ride for $500.
You can spin as a team or on your own.
