St. Louis (KSDK) - The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department honored 27 citizens Wednesday night.
The group just completed the 12 week Citizens' Academy course.
Chief Dan Isom spoke to the graduates. It's his final Citizens' Academy graduation before his retirement early next year.
