St. Louis (KSDK) - Paraquad has honored St. Louisans working to make the area more accessible to people with disabilities.
The Shine the Light awards ceremony was at the Chase Park Plaza Thursday night.
Paraquad's mission is to empower people with disabilities to become more independent.
