ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - First the library, now the courthouse. Downtown St. Louis is returning to normal, one historic building at a time.
On Wednesday, we got a close up look at the Old Courthouse on 4th Street. The structure has been under renovation for about one year.
Crews have been replacing nearly 600 limestone blocks.
Now, the $3.5 million project is almost complete.
The Old Courthouse has stayed in business, but soon the scaffolding around the structure will be coming down.
