BENSENVILLE, Ill. (KSDK) - A missing 18-month old girl has been found safe after an Amber Alert was issued.

The alert was issued Thursday morning after the abduction, which happened around 12:40 a.m. in Bensenville, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago not far from O'Hare International Airport.

A suspect was identified, and around 7 a.m. authorities said the girl had been located and was safe.

Further details surrounding the situation have not been disclosed.
