ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Students at Vashon High School now have access to medical care inside their school.
The new ASPIRE Medical Center opened Wednesday thanks to a partnership between the Betty Jean Kerr People's Health Centers and the St. Louis Public Schools.
The health center will include dental, mental health and medical services to Vashon students regardless of their ability to pay.
The center will be open to the students four days a week.
This is the fifth school based health center to open in the city.
