ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Rachel D'Souza-Siebert was 28-years-old and had delivered a baby one week earlier when she almost died of a heart attack after her coronary artery dissected.
She has now been chosen by the National Heart Association as one of 10 women who are telling their stories as part of a campaign to raise awareness about women and heart disease and is on the cover of this month's Self magazine.
D'Souza-Siebert joined First @ 4 to talk about her symptoms and her reaction to the diagnosis.
