ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Charges have been filed against a man accused of participating in a robbery in which one of the other suspects was shot and killed by police.
Brian Page, 21, has been charged with second-degree murder, first-degree robbery, and first-degree burglary.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred in July 2012.
Police were called to a burglary in the 6200 block of Famous Avenue July 10.
When officers arrived on the scene, they say 23-year-old Brandon Jones raised a gun at an officer. That officer raised his weapon and shot Jones, killing him.
A victim was found inside the home bound with duct-taped hands, feet, mouth, and eyes.
Other suspects have also been charged for their involvement in the crime.
Icie Jones-Brown has been charged with second-degree murder, first-degree robbery, resisting arrest, and three counts of armed criminal action.
Climmie Jones has been charged with second-degree murder, first-degree robbery, and three counts of armed criminal action.
