GODFREY, Ill. (KSDK) - A local community college was placed on lockdown briefly Monday morning after a report about a man with a gun on campus.
The lockdown at Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey, Illinois was lifted a short time later after it was determined the man with the gun was an off-duty police officer.
No one was harmed or ever in danger.
