SULLIVAN, Mo. (KSDK) - Companies and individuals have stepped up and donated equipment and money to replace items stolen softball equipment.
The Sullivan Girls Softball Association noticed about $4,000 worth of equipment was taken from the storage unit where it was stored for the winter.
On Tuesday, NewsChannel 5 learned all of the items will be able to be replaced before the start of the season. Any donations leftover will be reserved for the advancement of the league and its players.
They are set to also receive a check for $4,000 from Mercy Medical Center Tuesday evening.
