ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - St. Louis police responded to a stabbing in the parking lot of the South Kingshighway DMV Tuesday afternoon.
The incident occurred in the 4600 block of S. Kingshighway around 4:45 p.m.
Approximately 10 people were involved in a fight in the parking lot and a 38-year-old man was stabbed in the back.
The victim was rushed to a hospital in serious condition.
