ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo (KSDK) -- A woman is dead after crossing the center line and hitting another car head on shortly after 9 p.m. Saturday.
Lauren Hollingsworth-Smith, 29, from Wentzville was traveling westbound on Highway N in her 2011 Chevrolet Equinox when she struck Randal Phillips's car. Phillips was driving eastbound in a 2006 Ford F-350 when the collision occurred.
Hollingsworth-Smith was pronounced dead at the scene and Phillips was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Neither drivers were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the accident.
