ST. LOUIS (KSDK) -- A group of St. Louis students blasted off to outer space at their school.
River Loads Lutheran School in the Baden neighborhood of north St. Louis prepared for a simulated flight to Mars.
The students worked out and went through pre flight exams. They learned about rocks and completed math problems.
Then, they climbed into two vehicles used as make shift space shuttles and blasted off and radioed back to mission control.
