CLAYTON, Mo. (KSDK) - Two women have been charged with misdemeanor counts of prostitution and one woman has been charged with promoting prostitution.

According to the probable cause statement, 52-year-old Badia Thomas operated an escort service called Fantasy Express.

An undercover St. Louis County police officer called the number twice between August 2011 and September 2011 and arranged for women to meet him in a hotel room he had set up with surveillance cameras.

Police conducted another undercover operation in February 2012, and police say on two of the three occasions women offered to engage in sexual intercourse for money.

Thomas' home, in the 11800 block of Park Court, was raided by police in August 2012 and she was charged with second-degree promotion of prostitution. She then agreed to set up two of her prostitutes, 35-year-old Channon L. Swyers of Arnold and 29-year-old Ruth Johansen of St. Louis.

Thomas called Swyers and Johansen and sent them to meet undercover officers. They were both arrested and charged with misdemeanor prostitution.

Police say both women admitted to being prostitutes.
