OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Eligibility. The Great Getaways March 2009 Contest (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico), 21 years or older at the time of entry, limited to residents of the City of St. Louis, Missouri and the following counties comprising the St. Louis, Missouri DMA as defined by Nielsen: St. Louis County, MO; St. Louis City, MO; Calhoun, IL; Clay, IL; Randolph, IL; Washington, IL; Marion, IL; Fayette, IL; Montgomery, IL; Macoupin, IL; Greene, IL; Bond, IL; Jersey, IL; Madison, IL; Clinton, IL; St. Clair, IL; Monroe, IL; Jefferson, MO; Franklin, MO; St. Charles, MO; Warren, MO; Lincoln, MO; Pike, MO; Gasconade, MO; Crawford, MO; Washington, MO; Iron, MO; St. Francois, MO; and Ste. Genevieve, MO; Reynolds, MO; Phelps, MO. Employees of KSDK-TV, Multimedia KSDK, Inc., Gannett Co., Inc., Worry-Free Vacations and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees, are not eligible.

3. Entry. The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 a.m. (C.S.T.) on March 3, 2009 and all entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (C.S.T.) on April 6, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Internet Entry: Enter by visiting the Great Getaways Contest official registration page on the KSDK-TV website ksdk.com and completing all of the required information and following all instructions. Submit your entry by clicking on the “SEND” button.

One (1) entry per person.

Multimedia KSDK-TV and prize providers (“collectively referred to as Sponsor”) will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any telephone connection, network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent. For theses purposes, an email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

4. Prizes and Odds. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries to be held on or about April 7, 2009. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the all-inclusive Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort in the Riviera Maya, Mexico. Grand Prize includes round trip air fare for two (2) from St. Louis, Missouri to the Riviera Maya, Mexico and three all inclusive hotel nights at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort in the Riviera Maya, Mexico. Costs of ground transportation, gratuities, transportation to and from airport and all other expenses not specified as part of prize package are the sole responsibility of winner. The trip package has a total approximate retail value of $2,000. Trip will be valid for booking from date of issue and travel must be complete by December 20, 2009. Standard blackout dates apply. Prices listed are per couple and do not include government, international taxes and fuel surcharges. Trip will be booked via Worry-Free Vacations E-Certificate Trips and the following terms and conditions apply:

Certificate valid for a Worry-Free Vacations air and hotel package booking as indicated on the front of the certificate.
Booking and travel dates must fall into the range as specified on the front of the certificate.
At time of reservation, you must refer to the E-Certificate code printed on the front of the certificate. One E-Certificate per booking and each E-Certificate is valid for one use.
Programs and availability may vary.
All bookings and passenger names will be verified. E-Certificate is non-transferable.
Certificate value indicated on the certificate is per eligible component.
Maximum discount per booking is the total value indicated on the front of the E-Certificate and is applied per eligible air and/or hotel component.
Any unused value is forfeited and cannot be used towards another booking or another service component. No refunds will be issued towards offer. Offer has no cash value.
Certificate will recalculate if modifications are made to the booking.

Certificate applies to qualified passengers only.
Certificate is not valid with other discounts, previously purchased trips, or special status fares (such as Companion, agency/industry discount, no-value, or child rates), on blackout dates, or for groups of 20 or more; and is not retroactive.
2009 blackout dates: March 14-30, April 7-17, May 20-30, June 29-July 9, September 2-12, November 21-December 1, and December 30-31.
2010 blackout dates: January 1-5, February 10-20, March 12-April 9, May 26-June 5, June 29-July 9, September 1-11, November 20-30.
Standard cancel/change fees apply.
No commission is paid/earned on E-Certificate value, taxes, and fees.
If booking exceeds E-Certificate value, or number of rooms indicated on the front of the E-Certificate, recipient is responsible for any balance due.
Taxes, customs, September 11th Security Fee, Passenger Facility Charges, fees and surcharges, segment fees, international taxes, and state and federal incomes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
E-Certificate is void if altered or sold. E-Certificate will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

MLT Vacations Inc. is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions or cancel this promotion without prior notice.

5.         Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winner will be notified by email or telephone on or about April 7, 2009. Winners will have 24 hours to respond to the notification, otherwise prizes will be re-assigned to others. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed, except that prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of postmark. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within ten (10) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. For prize winners list (available after April 7, 2009), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor, KSDK-TV, 1000 Market Street, St. Louis, MO 63101, Attn: Programming Department.

6.         Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.

7. Limitations of Liability. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and entrant waives his or her right to a jury trial for such disputes, claims, and causes of action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Construction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Missouri, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Missouri. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the valid or enforceable provision was not contained therein.

9. General Release. By entering the Sweepstakes, contestants release Multimedia KSDK, Inc., Gannett Co., Inc., any other promotional sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).

10. Sponsor. Multimedia KSDK, Inc., sponsors the Great Getaways March 2009 Contest whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
