(KSDK Sports) -- The story build-up to Thursday's now near historic interview of Lance Armstrong by Oprah Winfrey, has been something to behold on its own. The story has sparked such fierce debate among the American public ranging from questions of greed, ego and forgivness.
For many the interview and admission by Armstrong of taking performance enhancing drugs is nothing more then a ploy, a sinister grab at straws by a man desperate to save what is left of his marketable reputation.
But can such a reputation as Armstrong's be saved. We put that question to the Jon Sloane, vice president of public relations at Twist here in St. Louis.
