LEXINGTON, Ken. (KSDK) - The Missouri Tigers enter the NCAA Tournament with confidence, despite coming off a loss in the SEC Tournament.

Head Coach Frank Haith pointed out to reporters that his team hasn't lost back-to-back games this season. Mizzou fans are hoping Thursday night's game against the Colorado Rams doesn't break that trend.

In the locker room before Wednesday's final practice session guard Phil Pressey said he thinks the Tigers can beat the Rams. But they'll have to play a clean game to do it.

"We've had games where we missed half our free throws or we turned the ball over, we didn't rebound the ball well," said Pressey. "So if we can put all of that together I feel like We're going to be a tough team to beat."

Forward Alex Oriakhi averaged nearly nine rebounds per game during the 2012-13 campaign. He's expecting a physical game down low.

"Rebounding is gonna be a key to this game," said Oriakhi. "Me and the other front court players are going to have do our work, hit guys and not let them get second chance points."

The Tigers tip off against Colorado State Thursday at 8:20 p.m. CDT.
