(KSDK Sports) -- Rams Hall of Famer Marshall Faulk stopped in St. Louis this morning. He said he hated to see Steven Jackson leave the team, but understands why Jackson went to Atlanta.
The leadership role on the offense falls square onto the shoulders of quarterback Sam Bradford. Faulk believes Sam will benefit from being io the same offense in back-to-back years for the first time. But, he also wonders about Sam's mental stability. Especially, since, he's been sacked 105-times in a span of 42 games.
Faulk was not very optimistic about the Rams' big splash, Jake Long, in free agency either. He doesn't believe premier left tackles make it to the open market, and that there is a reason the Dolphins let him test the waters.
