Baylor hands No. 8 Kentucky its 2nd straight loss

Lexington, KY (Sports Network) - Pierre Jackson had 17 points, seven rebounds, five assists and four steals, as the Baylor Bears took down the eight-ranked Kentucky Wildcats, 64-55.

Isaiah Austin and A.J. Walton added 11 points apiece for the Bears (5-2), who avenged a loss to these Wildcats in the Elite Eight of the 2012 NCAA Tournament. With Saturday's victory, Baylor improved to 1-7 all-time against Kentucky.

Brady Heslip and Cory Jefferson each tallied 10 points for the Bears, who recorded the school's first non-conference road win against a ranked opponent.

Archie Goodwin ended with 17 points, six rebounds and five assists for the Wildcats (4-3), who failed to bounce back from a loss to Notre Dame on Thursday.
