(KSDK Sports) -- While the Missouri Tigers are preparing or a Saturday game at Vanderbilt, they got some pretty good news today in the investigation of coach Frank Haith, which may end up really helping the coach.

The NCAA is investigating themselves because of their potential unethical behavior in trying to obtain information from a inprisioned former Miami Booster, Nevin Shapiro.

Coach Haith had an assistant at Miami named Michael Schwartz.  He was involved in this investigation and is now an assistant at Fresno State.   Today, that institution announced Schwartz will not receieve a notice of allegations from the NCAA.  So in essence, he is in the clear.

Nothing on Haith, but if one of his assistants has been cleared, it could be good news for the coach.
