Billikens dancing in NCAA Tournament for third straight year

ORLANDO, Fla. - The Saint Louis University men's basketball team is going to its third consecutive NCAA Tournament for the first time in the school's history.

The fifth-seeded Billikens (26-6) are facing twelfth-seeded North Carolina State (22-13) Thursday at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:20 p.m. The winner will play the winner of the Louisville-Manhattan game.

The Billikens won the Atlantic 10 Conference—its second consecutive regular-season title—with a 13-3 in-conference record.

SLU lost four of its last five games prior to the start of the tournament.

The NCAA Final Four takes place April 5, with the championship game on April 7 at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas.
