St. Louis (KSDK) - The St. Louis Cardinals signed a new two-year player development contract with the State College Spikes of the New York-Penn League.
The two teams had a previous affiliation in 2006.
Allen Craig and Jason Motte are two current Cardinals who played for State College in 2006.
