Jupiter, Florida (KSDK Sports) -- One of the biggest conversations going around the Spring Training complex today is in regards to how a team moves on without it's perverbial leader in the clubhouse. Today pitchers and catchers reported, but it was quite noticable that Chris Carpenter was back home in St. Louis.
