Miami, FL (Sports Network) - Despite playing their fifth game in seven
days, the Miami Heat kept their season-high winning streak alive.
But it wasn't easy.
LeBron James and Dwyane Wade combined for 79 points, and the Heat tallied
their 12th straight victory in a 141-129 double-overtime triumph over the
Sacramento Kings.
James had a season-high 40 points, to go with a career-high 16 assists and
eight rebounds, while Wade added 39 points, eight boards and seven assists for
Miami, which hasn't lost since Feb. 1 when it fell to the Indiana Pacers.
Marcus Thornton netted 38 points to lead the Kings, who have dropped six
consecutive tilts.
