Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to
terms with defensive tackle Derek Landri on a one-year contract.
Landri appeared in 12 games for the Eagles last season, rejoining the team in
October after being among the final cuts, and led the club with eight tackles
for loss. He finished with 43 tackles overall, two sacks and one fumble
recovery.
The 28-year-old Notre Dame product posted three sacks in 16 starts for
Carolina in 2010. He spent his first three seasons with Jacksonville and owns
eight career sacks with 158 tackles.
