Santa Clara, CA (Sports Network) - The San Francisco 49ers signed cornerback Darcel McBath to a one-year contract on Monday.

McBath, 27, was released by the Jaguars in April after appearing in just one game and recording two tackles last season.

The Texas Tech product was a second-round draft pick by the Broncos in 2009 and spent the first two years of his career with the club, tallying 43 tackles and two interceptions in 20 games during that time.
