Ashburn, VA (Sports Network) - The Washington Redskins have signed
unrestricted free agent cornerback E.J. Biggers, the team announced on
Wednesday.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Biggers, a Western Michigan product, spent his first three seasons with Tampa
Bay after the Buccaneers picked him the seventh round of the 2009 NFL Draft.
The 6-foot, 180 pounder appeared in 45 games -- with 24 starts -- and
registered 153 tackles, three interceptions, 27 passes defensed and two forced
fumbles.
The 25-year-old picked up his first career sack last season and set career-
