KSDK -- For the second time in 3 years, Washington University is sending both its men and women's basketball team to the division three Final Four. The university is also sending students to support the teams, free of charge.

Wash U is picking up the tab for any student who wants to go to the games, including transportation, a hotel and even a free ticket. "It's tremendous the university is doing this and its a long bus ride but that's the only downside," said fan Jeff Lesser.

University officials didn't put a dollar amount on the cost of getting students to the games but say it's worth every dime. "We want to make sure our students who want to cheer the Bears have the opportunity to attend the games, "said athletic director, John Schael.

The university is taking 4 charter busses for students who want to take the trip. The only requirement is a 20 dollar deposit which students get back.
